Return Policy

1. Return Period:
   • If you do not want it within 24 hours after placing the order, you can apply to cancel the order and we will intercept the shipment for you.If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. The order item (s) must be unused and in original packaging.
2. Return Process:

   • For returns due to product damage upon receipt or order errors, the user will not be responsible for shipping costs. In these cases, Piscifun will cover the shipping fees.

   • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method, and the time it takes to process may vary depending on your financial institution.

   • All returned and exchanged items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging, including all original parts and accessories.
   • A proof of purchase (order number) and package tracking number must be included
