Return Policy - Piscifun
Piscifun offers a "no hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased from Piscifun, you may return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order. After 15 days of receiving your order, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only. Piscifun brand products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase against defects in materials, workmanship, and against breakage under normal fishing conditions, to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the rod or reel is in an abused or misused condition and does not cover "normal wear and tear". A dated sales receipt is required for warranty validation. Products manufactured by other companies need to be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty after 60 days from date of invoice.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 15 days of receiving your order and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 15 days of receiving your order.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged/missing?
Please contact us email@example.com for further instructions within 7 days from receiving your order if your items arrive damaged, missing, and/or defective. Please keep all boxes and packing materials, also your order number, photographs of the item(s). We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
For missing items(s), you will need to send in an enquiry or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with the missing order ID and item description. We will investigate and revert within 2 to 3 working days.
Can I exchange another size/color?
Yes, You can. You can forward the request to us email (email@example.com), and you will need to bear all the shipping cost incurred for the exchange.
How can I return the wrong items to you?
All returns must be liaised with our after-sales team via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) first. Upon approval, it can be returned in original condition. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted and we will not be responsible if these returns are lost or damaged due to the absence of tracking records.
What if the products are fine, but I changed my mind?
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
if the items were made accurately according to your order specifications but do not fit, you are eligible for one free resizing service. You will be responsible for all shipping fees.
What if products with quality problems?
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, repair service, or new components for replacement. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
The following exceptions to this policy apply:
(a) Items that have been used and cannot be resold as new;
(b) items that are special ordered cannot be returned or exchanged;
(c) laundered (washed) garments cannot be returned or exchanged.
(d) We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
How to return?
We do not require a "return authorization," but you may wish to contact us via email (email@example.com) if you have any questions about a return or exchange. For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Generally we process all orders in 12 hours, so we are not always able to cancel an order if it is placed 12 hours later. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
